Today is a great day!! It is good to be “live.” For several reasons.

For one, waking up means an opportunity for one more day of living my mission: to light up people to become extraordinary leaders of themselves, their families, their community and the people with whom they work. I do that by sharing keys to personal growth from working with successful leaders who have “been there/done that.”

Second, today is the first day in public of my re-designed website with blog posts, free tools, CEO videos, provocative comments on leaders in the news and more. We will be adding to the video library so you can hear directly from successful leaders their views on character, appetite to lead, critical thinking and decision making, engaging and inspiring others and confidence to embrace risk (the same topics as in my book published by Random House and reviewed by Forbes.com in 2007).

You are invited to send comments on the posts and suggestions for the site. It is still evolving. And we are building a worldwide community of those who aspire to take their leadership up a notch. Even with limited visibility on the web, the earlier site was visited by people from Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East and China as well as California (I have a separate passport for Los Angeles  (:–)).
