Faves (books, sites, experts)

Terry Seamon interviewed Stephen H. Baum in a webcast with more than 1600 participants this week. If you missed it, the archive of the webcast is now available in “OnDemand” format:

The powerpoint that was used as a prop for the interview is also available in the archive.

We answered as many questions as time permitted, but there were many more. Over the next week or two, we will try to answer as many more.

The feedback from the post-webcast survey was extremely encouraging in that many responses included indications that people were helped and encouraged to grow and go for it. A request: please send your stories of success and setback and recovery and what you learned, how you grew, how it shaped you for the future.

"Lessons for life about the core leadership traits of character, risk taking decisiveness and the ability to engage and inspire followers."
--Jim Clifton, CEO, The Gallup Organization
